This is the first blog I've ever written. I think it's normal to have a few nerves since it's something new and unfamiliar to me. I hope I manage well, and you enjoy what you'll see in this story.
Alexandra & Marius Wedding day
This wedding was more special for me considering that Marius is one of my closest friends. An added pressure was the fact that he is also a wedding photographer, and knowing this field quite well, if I made a small mistake, he would undoubtedly notice it much more easily. :))
The day began at Marius's family home in Moigrad, Salaj county, where, first of all, we went over the entire program to ensure that everything is as they planned.
The wedding day is an occasion for the whole family to come together and enjoy the company of loved ones. As a #photographer, I've endeavored to capture a diverse range of moments with all the guests. However, when it comes to the parents, it's a particularly emotional and significant moment that I, as a photographer, must not miss.
After all the Romanian traditions were completed, together with the videographer, we headed towards the bride, aiming to arrive a few minutes before Marius came to ask for Alexandra's hand.
The bride's preparations took place at her childhood home in Comuna Rus, Salaj County, which also serves as the parish house in the commune. Alexandra's father is a priest there.
Preparations were in full swing there.....
....but nothing compares to the beauty of the bride.
I've taken some individual photos just with the bride. Before Marius came to propose to her, I also took some with the family, where I experienced genuine emotions again, which I managed to capture so that over the years, they can remember exactly how it was on the wedding day.
The religious ceremony took place in the church where Alexandra's father serves, and four priests participated. It was a highly intense and emotional religious ceremony.
Because the newlyweds planned ahead very well, on the way to the party, we had enough time for a few photos. And after we arrived at the venue, we also took some wonderful photos in the hotel room that I am very proud of!
The party is ready to begin, and the first dance is performed by the groom and bride, who had a beautiful choreography.
After which, the party officially began, everyone danced and had a good time!
And during the breaks between dancing, I noticed that it was a full moon. I suggested to the newlyweds to take a photo with the moon, which over the years would remind them of their wedding night and that even the moon in the sky was with them on such an important day......night....
Thank you very much to Alexandra and Marius for trusting me to be responsible for their wedding photos, essentially their wedding memories.
Thank you guys!
